Turkey Rush came from Ankara, Turkey in January 2024. She was a stray from the streets and was rescued initially by a loving shelter in Ankara. They gave her all her shots and her own passport with photo and stamps. She was so resilient after all the travel and transfers. When she finally made it 'home' in North Carolina, she just melted into her foster family. She loved roaming quietly around the backyard. Laying on the grass in the sun is her happy place. She found her forever home shortly after her adoption process began. No more roaming the streets for this sweet girl!!
