A little about me...
We discovered Polly when searching Safe Harbor Animal Rescue. Polly was at the rescue since November 2023 and was saved from a puppymill in Kentucky and breed for many years. After one of our dogs passed in December, we knew our other dog needed a companion to grow old with still. We were looking for an older/ adult dog and that's when I came across her. We had to take our other dog to the rescue to make sure they would get along before adopting, and they instantly bonded. The sweet lady at the rescue got choked up when we adopted Polly, as she kept getting passed up due to her young age of 9 years old. She is a wonderful addition to our family and everyone that meets her instantly falls in love with her. No matter the length of time she is with us, we are always happy to adopt!
