A lot of people say we rescued Lexi, that's not really true, NMAR rescued her, we were just fortunate enough to adopt her. The day we adopted Lexi from NMAR, our lives were never the same. My husband and I feel in love with her immediately, and although we already had a very happy life, our life was changed for the better. Lexi has been with us for nearly six years, we have witnessed a type of loyalty and love that you can only get from a dog. She is the light of our life and we thank NMAR for bringing her into our life. I'll never understand how someone could abandon her, I only know that she is a valuable part of our family and we love her dearly!
