About Us
The Kiwanis Club of Northern Columbus began meeting in 1928. We are women and men of all ages, occupations, backgrounds and interests, serving the Clintonville and Beechwold neighborhoods of Columbus, Worthington and beyond. We are passionate about making our community and the world a better place for our children. Kiwanians are devoted to serving the children in our local community and worldwide through unique service projects and fundraising initiatives.
The Northern Columbus Kiwanis Club is involved in many service projects including awarding scholarships to high school graduates; sponsoring a Key Club at Whetstone High School, book fairs at elementary schools; sponsoring the Easter Egg Hunt at the Whetstone Park of Roses; volunteering at and supporting the Clintonville-Beechwold Resources Center and local food pantries; sponsoring boys and girls NCIL baseball teams, and much more.
