Sir Meows-a-Lot, or for short, Mr. Meow, (a.k.a. Kitten E. Witten, Cat-torney at Paw, Esq.) came to us from Nine Lives in the fall of 2019. He's very cuddly and sweet and lives up to his name by communicating with us about every little thing by meowing—a lot!
