Meet Cleo, aka Meerkat.

We had lost two cats in the same year (one was cancer and the other unknown.)

A few months went by and with nothing else to do on a weekend, we went to Nine Lives "to just go and look". Of course that's when we met and fell in love with Meerkat. She was in the top kennel play fighting with another kitten. Spunky as a kitten, we thought she would calm down by age 2. She's now 5 and she hasn't slowed down a bit.

She was from San Jose Animal shelter - we would love to meet her foster family if they happen to see this photo.
