Little Frankie was the last kitten in a litter being fostered by my friend Carol. He was a little too crazy and unruly for most adopters. He was getting older and more desperate. I could see that the traits that put others off were perfect for being my other cat's new brother. They were perfect together, and Little Frankie remains the life of any party.
