My NICU Graduate's Journey
She was a high risk pregnancy in which weekly injections and a pessary to keep my cervix closed was needed to try get as close to term as possible. She was born at 31 weeks in which we both needed life saving measures that we're so grateful for. She developed an infection after birth that caused her to have some complications , however she was once again resilient and determined to live this beautiful life she was blessed with.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
She continues to overcome any challenge that she encounters. Amirrah is courageous, fearless, self determined and the most caring, loving person ever. She ensures every one around her is ok and brightens their day with her radiant smile. She loves gymnastics and taught herself to skate in one afternoon. Once she sets her mind to learning anything she practices until she perfects. She is truly our earthly angel.
