My NICU Graduate's Journey
Calvin was born at 30 weeks weighing 3lb 4 oz. He came into the world very quickly like the ocean which is how his nickname came “Kai”. The nicu nurses always said he was the only baby they had who moved and wiggled and talked constantly. We stayed in the nicu for 2 months.
