My NICU Graduate's Journey
My water broke 5.5 weeks early. Alora spent a month in the NICU because her lungs were not fully developed, she had jaundice, and had difficulty gaining weight. It took her some time to meet her milestones, she started crawling at 14 months. She grew stronger as she got older but is still a little peanut now in Second grade. She grows on her own little growth curve usually hovering around the 1% for weight/height. Alora is a social butterfly who always makes her voice heard. She loves reading and competitive dance.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Alora is a beautiful, smart girl. She works hard in school and loves math and reading. Alora puts her heart into everything she does. She started competitive dance this year and was a great leader for her team. Alora also signed up for an Improv contest at her first competition and made it to the end. She is very outgoing and ready to be anyones friend. I am so proud to be her Momma.
