My NICU Graduate's Journey
Josiah was born with HRHS. He had a stroke in utero and went into fetal distress. He was born at 37 weeks weighing 4 lbs 2 oz. He spent 42 days in the NICU at St. Vincent Women's Hospital. Due to feeding difficulty, he had a g-tube placed at 5 weeks old. At 1 year and old, Josiah had a major open heart surgery. At 18 months old, he had surgery to release his tethered spinal cord. At 4 years old, he had his final heart repair.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Josiah is the strongest person I have ever met in my life. He has overcome every obstacle that has been put in his path. He is extremely smart, loving, and imaginative. He has exceeded every expectation and continues to thrive.
