My NICU Graduate's Journey
People assume all NICU babies are preemies but that’s not the case at all, Kyrin was born with hlhs (basically he only has half a heart) and had his first open heart surgery at only 6 days old, His next open heart surgery at 6 months old, and is getting ready for his third one soon.. he had many surgeries and procedures in between those and has other complications as well but that doesn’t stop him from being a happy active toddler. Looking at him today you would never know all that he has been through! We think he’s perfect!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
That when the odds were against him he proved everyone wrong and is continuing to do so as he not only grows but THRIVES!
