My NICU Graduate's Journey
Jacob and Addison were born at 25 weeks due to complications from preterm labor. They spent over 4 months in the NICU fighting for their life! They had many ups and downs throughout their journey and have overcome so many obstacles. Jacob went into cardiac arrest in the delivery room and from then on had to fight for his life. His journey was not without complications but he was born a fighter and has overcome every hurdle in his way! Addison has also had to fight for her life and overcome many obstacles but she is strong and determined. Today they are thriving 7 year olds in first grade without any long term complications from their extreme prematurity. Without the amazing care we received in the NICU and all of the early intervention therapy, they would not be where they are today.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Looking back and seeing how far they’ve come! Looking at them today you would never know they spent 4 months in the NICU. They may be small but they are mighty!
