My NICU Graduate's Journey
Dean was born two months early and really struggled with feedings as well as a multitude of other issues. After two long months in the NICU, over an hour from home, he was able to come home on what would have been his due date, if everything had gone to plan. He is now a very active and healthy kindergartener. He is also a proud autistic individual.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I am so proud of Dean for overcoming all the health struggles that were thrown his way. He has worked hard to graduate from speech and occupational therapy and is now just as capable as other children his age. He is so sweet and kind to others and he has such a quirky sense of humor.
