My NICU Graduate's Journey
Micah was born 3 months early at 26 weeks. She stayed in the NICU for 2 months. She was 2 pounds at birth and lost 1 pound. While in the NICU, Micah had a few minor struggles but she didn't let that stop her! She was a little fighter in the NICU and all of the nurses knew it!!!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
I'm so proud of this kid because she is strong and determined! Micah set a goal in Middle school to make all A's. (Micah has a IEP because she struggles with math!) She did not let this stop her! She earned all A's, and was nominated for NJHS for 7th and 8th grade! Micah is now in 9th grade with a 4.0 average and is in several service clubs. She also volunteers her time at our local Boys and Girls Club. I'm so proud of Micah!
