My NICU Graduate's Journey
Logan decided that he wanted to come six weeks early into the world. He came out the color of a blueberry and not breathing and we didn’t know what was going to happen. Logan spent 19 days in the NICU until he was finally released home to be with his family. He has had a lot of struggles since coming out of the NICU. He has strabismus in his eye, which he had eye surgery at six months old and now wears glasses forever. He had a hole in his heart. Eventually it closed. He also deals with issues with his ears, but he is the strongest fighter ever imaginable, with the best personality and long eye lashes .

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
He has come so far. We did not know what to expect when he was younger. He is truly the greatest child with a huge heart.
