My NICU Graduate's Journey
Hudson was born at 28 weeks and 1 day. He only weighed 1 pound 11 ounces. He was in the NICU for almost 5 months before he was released February 26th 2023. Two months after his due date we were home less then 42 hours when he was put back in the hospital and admitted into PICU were he stayed for another week before getting to come home! Hudson has been off of oxygen for almost a year now. He turns 2 in October and will be having a Mickey Mouse and friends birthday party with some of his friends that he has made since coming home! Hudson still keeps in contact with some of his nurses that he has while in NICU and is planning a visit to see them all soon!!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Everything that he has accomplished since being out. Honestly my little man shouldn’t be here the odds were against him but his doctor and nurses never gave up on him.
