My NICU Graduate's Journey
Aaliyah was born in her 22nd week of gestation at 16.5 oz and 10.5 inches long. She spent 173 days in the NICU and came home on oxygen until she was 2 then diagnosed with profound nonverbal Autism. A true warrior from her first breath!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
Despite her medical and neurological disabilities she is a happy and thriving little girl who takes life one day at a time. She learns at her own pace and despite all that Autism and being non verbal throws in her way she continues to thrive and love life. She is my hero!!
