My NICU Graduate's Journey
Our little girl arrived at just 25 weeks gestation, making for a nerve-wracking period. Despite her tiny size of 1 pound 11.8 oz., she showed remarkable strength, overcoming hurdles like a brain bleed and a heart murmur. Throughout her time in the NICU, she depended on oxygen, had her eye checked often, was fed by gavage, until later in her stay, but Remi's determination shone through. With constant love and support from mommy and daddy, she spent 99 days fighting and growing. Finally, Remi granduated from the NICU, having thrived and progressed without any additional complications.

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
We are so proud of Remi for all the things she has conquered in her short life thus far. She is a STAR Coyote at school, and the most beautiful dance on stage. She had a rough start to life but she had never let it get in her way. Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl!
