My NICU Graduate's Journey
Lincoln was born about 2.5 weeks early, via c-section, due to having his cord wrapped 3x. He was 5lb, 11oz and 19 inches long. Although his vitals were good and he was healthy considering, he had fluid in his lungs and was diagnosed with pneumonia within a day or so after birth. He spent 11 days in the NICU. He has recently reunited with our NICU "neighbor" after a chance meeting at a local kids playhouse. They share the same birthday. We thank our local NICU for the great care that our baby boy received! We will forever be grateful!

What makes you proud of you NICU graduate?
He is such a lover of life! He had a bit of a struggle at first, but it hasn't dampened his sense of spirit, adventure, and love!
