Phoebe is a one year old frenchie with a big personality. She is a diva that loves lots of attention! She loves going everywhere with her family and gets sad if someone crosses her path without saying hello. She does lots of tricks and even plays basketball. Her favorite things to do are playing fetch nonstop, cuddling, eating snacks and chewing on her Kong.
