My dog is the coolest because...
Stitch is our foster dog through Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue and will be looking for a family of his own soon.
Stitch was dumped to fend for himself on the streets of West Texas before he was even 5 months old. He learned very young the world is a scary place. Having to learn to hide from the coyotes at night, find food and water in the dry heat, and avoid the hundreds of other street dogs trying to survive. After a violent dog attack a kind human found him and brought him to a rescue. His injuries were severe and his survival was uncertain. He wanted to live and fought hard to survive his injuries. Although he lost his ear and has scars that may never disappear he survived. Even with all he has gone through in his short life he is a loving, happy boy who loves other dogs, cats and human snuggles. He has such a forgiving soul and is learning about love and the all the things in life a dog should enjoy.
