My dog is the coolest because...
My dog is the coolest because he has overcome so much! We found him at a rescue when he was 5 years old. He has been left to live in a back yard and then brought in to a locked garage to exist after trying to escape from the yard. He lived his young life in a cold and dark space, neglected and undernourished. When we adopted him he was skin and bones and didn’t know how to play with toys. He would sit in our living room and stare up at the skylight. We were told this is because in his previous life in the garage the only window was up high. Today Timber is a loving old man. We have taught him how to play, and enjoy his new life of sunshine, fresh air, a full food bowl, toys galore and a plush dog bed in our bedroom! He craves love and cannot get enough belly rubs and forehead kisses. He must always be near his people. I can’t imagine how lonely he was in that garage. We will wrap him in love every day of his life...In return he protects our family and returns our love ten-fold ♥️
