We never dreamed of getting a rescue dog, I was always of the belief they come with issues nobody wanted to deal with. I was definitely wrong. My wife and I saw our beautiful Isa on the Mit Liebe German Shepherd Rescue site and she stole our hearts. She was an abondoned dog from the Odessa Texas area. She is a German Shepherd/ Husky mix. Her name upon sending was " Vanilla" although cute she needed a stronger name. We agreed that her name should be " Isa" , it means "Salvation of GOD and strong willed" how fitting for our baby girl. She has become a very amazing,loving part of our family. She means the world to us. She loves playing with our grandchildren. She protects us as we protected her. We are so thankful we can all be here for each other.
