After losing our police dog K9 Neo over 2 years ago to cancer, we slowly started to have a conversation about opening our hearts to another dog. As I went full speed ahead looking for a big, senior, boy dog - my heart had other plans. I went to a Fleet Farm Misfit Mutts event to pet some dogs, donate, and fill my heart with some cuddles and I took one look at this 16 pound pug chihuahua unresolved girl and I knew. Deyla is a perfect blend of cuddles and goofy with an underbite you simply cannot resist. THIS was the dog that was going to make more our world even better. To heal our heart.
