My dog is the coolest because...
Abby is a 13 year old dauschaund who is loving and affectionate, and why shouldn't she be, she was born on Valentines Day. Abby has been a part of out family since she was about 3 months old.
She stays home during the day and is a great office assistant to 'her mom'. But at the end of the day, when 'her dad' returns home, she greats him with a wagging tail and waits for her belly rub.
But her favorite days are when 'her sibblings' come home for visit, or 'her boys' come over to play, where she is reminded of all the toys in her box and how to play as if she was still a puppy. She is always provided lots of love, attention, scratches and walks, but these visits never last as long as she would like.
Every evening she snuggles on the couch until bed time where she either sleeps on her pillow at the head of her people bed, or tucks herself in under the covers next to 'her dad'.
She loves helping 'her mom, dad and boys' cook in the kitchen where she is right there to help clean up any spills. Her favorite 'spills' are homemade dried bananas, carrots and blueberries.
Abby is a huge part to our family and is definitely one of a kind....and of course, the coolest!
