Pet's Story
We got Blackie at the NFSAW on a cold and rainyJanuary day. He was a 10 week old puppy rescued from a kill shelter in the South where his mom had given birth to him and his siblings. During the spring quarantine, he was a comfort and support to my girls. He even participated in weekly Zooms with their classes. He is now 11 months old and we love him with all our hearts.
