Roscoe loves to make friends wherever he goes and rarely meets someone he doesn't like. His hobbies include barking at UPS and FedEx trucks and other things real and/or imagined, and chasing rabbits that dare to come into his yard. He works hard at ruling the house and everyone in it, and he serves as sometimes spokesbasset for NEBHR's Facebook page.
