Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the North Country Animal League's Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet’s perspective)
My name is Fe, which is Spanish for faith. I was born on the hot streets of Puerto Rico and was brought to cold wintery NYC when I was only 4 weeks old where I was about to be abandoned AGAIN, when I was rescued and brought to Vermont by a nice man and his family who are also from Puerto Rico (they say he’s a famous actor, or something. I just know he gives me pieces of fried meat that taste like the island). He found the perfect home for me with my hooman, who was born right here in Lamoille county but also has roots from PR. Now, I’m a Vermont-Rican girl who enjoys zoomies and dragging rotten deer legs out of the woods (though he always takes them away. I suspect he’s keeping them for himself). I know some hoomans are scared of my breed, but the only dangerous thing about me is that I might bonk you with my gigantic hard noggin’ when I’m saying hello. I’m the best ambassador for the rescue beer brew because though my hooman says I’m a maniac, I’m very loving, I’m a beautiful girl (or so I’m told 400 times a day), and I’m sure I’d like beer if my hooman would just give me some. And because if I win he says he’ll give me steak.
