Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the North Country Animal League's Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet’s perspective)
Hi, I’m Gabby—short for G and B, the two awesome 11-year-olds who found me while they were out biking on a hot summer day. I was not even 6 weeks old, stranded and scared on a busy street corner. One ran to a local coffee shop to get me water, the other called animal control, and soon their parents showed up with a blanket and a carrier to bring me somewhere safe.

My humans are die-hard Rock Art Brewery fans, and I hear their first rescue cats came from NCAL many years ago—so I guess you could say I’m part of a proud tradition. I’m following in some pretty big paw prints—but I’ve definitely made my mark. With my fluffy, fox-like tail and signature beeps and chirps, I’ve brought joy and chaos in equal measure to my new home. Even the 20-year-old Maine Coon who rules the house (grudgingly) accepts me now.

Why would I make the purr-fect ambassador for NCAL’s Rescue Brew? Because I’m proof that second chances can start in the most unexpected places—and end with snuggles, happy homes, and a cold one (for the humans, of course).
