Hi, I'm Nugget! Or you may know me as Nugglebutt, Nugz, Mr. Mans, or Nuggles. I met my forever friend at NCAL in November of 2023 after she spent weeks checking the NCAL website, waiting for "the one" to arrive. From day one we have been inseparable, and the streets of Atlanta that I once called home have been replaced by the Green Mountains of Vermont. If I am not at home watching the world go by from my couch or on the lap of my mom, you can find me cruising the Waterbury Rez as the captain of our boat, making new friends on the Stowe Quiet Path, or proudly strutting down Main Street. I believe I'm the best ambassador for NCAL's Rescue Brew Beer because I believe that secondhand animals make first class pets, and that rescue pets are proof that second chances can forge some of life's most re"bark"able relationships. So raise a glass (or a bowl!), to the power of paws and the people that dedicate their lives to protecting them.
