Percy is a 2012 GPRS alum and came to live in Oregon in July 2012. A friend caught Percy taking a break at the 2015 Walk-n-Wag. Its a fund raiser for Willamette Valley Hospice's "Pet Peace of Mind Program" that Percy is a therapy dog for.
