Max came to us just a few short months ago from Texas. We got him in March 2019 and he is heart worm positive and getting the slow kill treatment. Max had been on a farm in Texas and didn't know how to play with other dogs and was very insecure. Over the past few months he has become a new dog and bloomed as the best friend to Michael who is a special needs young adult. They are always together and love each other lots. We are so thankful to have Max in our lives.
