Rico was surrendered to NGPR becaue he was showing acute anxiety, chewing wall and windowsills and once jumping through a window. Rico was indeed anxious. He also weighed only 93 pounds. We discovered that Rico had lead poisoning. NGPR paid approximately $3000 to treat Rico. That's the kind of rescue they are. Truly amazing and all about tne dogs. Rico, as you can see, now enjoys lounging around with no anxiety. He also weighs 168 lbs. now lol
