Sophie was a sweetheart who was abandoned on the beach in Monterey when she was 3 months old. She was a true gentle giant. At 130 lbs she stood 6 feet tall on her hind legs and loved to give hugs. She only had one good eye so we would get the occasional nose in the eye due to her poor depth perception, but it was worth it as she was such a good snuggle buddy. She left us on June 3rd this year, but we think of her every day.
