Eight years ago, Prince joined our family as a terrified Pyr lacking all self-confidence. Found wandering a highway in SC, he was rescued by Carolina Great Pyrenees Rescue and rehabilitated of his intense fear of men over several months. In his forever home, initially he was frightened of literally EVERYTHING… trashcans, mailboxes, any sound, sudden movement or slight change. With patience and endless love, Prince has regained confidence and trust to blossom into master guardian of his domain. He remains cautious with strangers but behaves like a 10-year old playful puppy with his peeps. We adore this precious boy!
