Percy was about 2 when he came to us through GPRS as a stray. Four years of daily repetition, therapy dog certification classes and lots of patience....he thought he'd finally gotten us trained! Then I say something stupid like "do you want your dinner" or put the leftovers away without dropping a bite....and I get "THE LOOK"! Such exasperation as he realizes we are a work in progress and he must continue his daily reinforcement....hopefully for many, many years to come!
