When I first met Leia, she was a loving Australian Shepherd who had recently lost her owner, a young man who tragically passed away. His mother, overwhelmed with grief, was seeking a loving home for Leia, knowing that her son would have wanted her to be with someone who could give her the love and care she deserved.

As soon as I saw Leia, I knew she was meant to be part of my family. Despite the sadness surrounding her previous life, her eyes still sparkled with hope and affection. Bringing Leia home was a decision that changed both our lives for the better. She is super energetic and loves to play and chase squirrels.
