Little Twiggy was BOGO, but one get one… A friend of mine went to a breeder to purchase her brother and the breeder gave them Twiggy, too. No additional charge. They didn’t want another dog, but said conditions at the home were terrible and they couldn’t leave her there. They posted her on Facebook, my bestie sent me the notification, and by the end of the week she was mine! She was 2.2 lbs. and now, at 8 months, she’s 4.2 lbs. 😍
