Your Pet's Rescue Story
Shep was hit by a car when he was 6 months old. He was scooped up by a passerby and taken to the emergency vet with his leg at a 90 degree angle. He eventually made his way to the rescue where he was given three leg surgeries and nurses back to help through a combo of rescue volunteers and foster parents. We saw his picture, read his story and knew he had to be ours.he was a year old when we adopted him the week before Christmas. He has been with us ever since and recently celebrated his 13th birthday! He has two sisters and a brother and he is the best big brother to them all. Shep loves to swim, play and go for walks. He is a great snuggler and never misses a chance to take a neighborhood golf cart ride! Adopting our perfect boy was the best decision we’ve ever made and we couldn’t possibly love him anymore!
