Your Pet's Rescue Story
Rosie is 4 years old, and is half pitbull, half boxer, and all heart. She was rescued from a well-meaning family who didn't spay or neuter their dogs, and was living with dozens of brothers, sisters, and cousins when we found her. She jumped right into my arms the first moment she saw me, and we've been inseparable ever since. She is incredibly intelligent, has personality to spare, and is often so stubborn I cannot believe it. More than anything else, she loves being outside. She loves walks, rolling in the grass, hunting lizards, and getting filthy. She is a loud snorer, and active dreamer while she snoozes. Everyone who comes into contact with her falls in love, and she is a great breed ambassador for the much-maligned pit. She loves to mug for the camera, and often makes pitiful faces when snacks are around. Or, when SHE deems that she is overdue for a walk.
