A friend of my husband and mine heard meowing coming from the engine of her neighbor's car. She crawled under the car and discovered Frank, an adorable 8-week-old kitten. Since she already had several large dogs and couldn't provide a home for him, she decided to seek help through Facebook. As soon as we laid eyes on him, we instantly fell in love and knew we had to come to his rescue!
