Your Pet's Rescue Story
Chester James came from a farm near the city of Saint Augustine where he and his about 10 siblings were fostered. Chester was the runt and 12 weeks old. When my husband got there he was swarmed by his siblings and they were literally hanging from his pants by their teeth so that he could barely move. But then he noticed one more puppy, sitting alone in the corner all shy and proper but with a wagging tail. My husband knew THAT WAS HIM. Chester has grown into the sweetest, most playful and adorable dog but he has a lot of feelings too. He will judge you and he will love you. He wakes up with an energy that I wish I had every morning, as if he was saying (YAY I WOKE UP AND HAPPY TO BE ALIVE). However, the bed is still his happy place and if you can't find him I know he's curled up in bed. We love Chester and are so happy that we could rescue him.
