Your Pet's Rescue Story
Our previous rescue Fur Baby had passed away 10 years prior to us adopting ROCCO. Once we had grieved and were ready to commit ourselves again to being Pet Parents we knew we wanted to adopt! We discussed in length what type of rescue pup we thought would be the best fit for our lifestyle, we came up with a few perimeters, and set out to find the perfect match for the love we had to give…

We searched and searched and even called on a couple pups, they were not meant to be. Then one evening we saw the most adorable picture of a rescue "Yorkie-Poo". When we called, the puppy had been adopted already, puppies go fast but adopting them is important too, they help finance dogs that may stick around longer.

Turned out that puppy had a litter mate that was still available…
This puppy instantly melted our hearts, we knew he was THE ONE; we adopted him and with the help of our friends and family, we named him ROCCO VALENTINO!

ROCCO has many Aunties and Uncles that love him very much, several Fur Friends and Cousins he plays with on the regular, Godparents that look out for him as if he was their very own and the BESTEST Nonna, Nono and GG, a pup could ever wish for, who all shower him with LOVE and help pitch in to babysit him regularly! 🐾

ROCCO is a two and half year old, 13lb, pup with ears that flip flop back and forth and all over, he is an avid boater who always wears his life jacket, a frisbee catching fanatic, an enthusiastic anytime snuggler who frequently gets “the zoomies”, he LOVES to give high 5’s and hand shakes, often burps after a meal, thinks BIG dogs are the coolest neighborhood friends and never misses the chance to go for a ride or out to eat! 🖤
