Your Pet's Rescue Story
We were looking for a rescue to join our family and be a companion for our 9 yo dog. We tried to rescue in the same age range but weren't having a lot of success. We did a search of all the animal services in Florida and little Jack came up, at 6 months old. While we were trying to stay in the same age range, we couldn't help but fall in love. He was dropped off at animal services after because his owners became ill and were unable to keep him. While being a puppy has it's challenges, our current dog has really taken to him and they play together almost all day and love the parks - we couldn't have found a better companion. I continue to volunteer at the shelter and find it very rewarding.
