Your Pet's Rescue Story
We adopted Dobby the House Cat (formerly Oliver) from an offsite adoption at Ocoee PetSmart in September 2019! We always planned to adopt a dog…and then saw Dobby. We call him our dog (or smush, fatboy, floof). He loves hunting lizards on the screened in porch, drinking pool water, staring down squirrel bullies, biting toes through blankets, rubbing against you when you’re sweaty, pooping while you clean his litter, and meowing nonstop at 5:30 in the morning. Dobby doesn’t like to cuddle, but he looooves attention and still wants to be near you. From day 1 he’s kept us laughing with his high jumps and hijinks, and we couldn’t imagine life without our Dobby – although we can imagine a peaceful 5:30am. Send wine.
