Pet's Story or Bio
This beautiful little girl was adopted out twice and returned within weeks each time for "behavioral reasons". Despite becoming aware of this while visiting her, I couldn’t resist Kitty's charm or desire to be snuggled. I convinced myself that all she needed to balance her “temperamental” condition was a stable home, proper care, and unconditional love.

However, during our time together, numerous “triggers” and other symptoms (like aggression and hysteria) manifested. I eventually learned from various medical professionals that Kitty suffered from treatment resistant emotional dysregulation and neurological damage. Unfortunately, what was relayed as “unmanageable” about her, was in fact the result of severe trauma and neglect.

No creature should have to endure the pain and misery she did. This entry is for her.
