Teddy, Ruby & their siblings were rescued, lovingly fostered and adopted through Metrowest Humane Society. After we picked Ruby and were deciding between 1 of 2 brothers, Teddy decided to work his charms and climbed on Dave’s shoulder and settled there. He wanted to let everyone know he had already made his decision on who he wanted to go home with and his actions sealed the deal. Teddy and Ruby have been a constant comfort, especially through continuous chemotherapy treatments. I believe they consider themselves to be therapy cats and rightly so. They also view themselves as watch cats, as they alert us to any wildlife activity they see through the slider doors and to any unfortunate bug that makes its way into our home.
