Butterball had been at MWHS for about a year when I visited the shelter looking for anything but a long-haired tortie or tabby. This girl duped me from the get-go! She seemed to want to snuggle and play when I visited. Well you know how the story goes...I fell in love and off we went to her forever home. Ends up she did like to play, but only after midnight and by herself! She did love a good snuggle but never became a lap cat. She did learn how to be my alarm clock though - without fail! Sadly I lost my girl to cancer this past summer. Here she is at Christmas unwrapping her treats, one of her favorite things in the world!
