A little about me...
After living most of my short life in a crate 24hrs a day, MSRH found me and knew I deserved a better life. Good thing, too! Little did I know, my new forever family had just lost their previous young mini schnauzer rescue to cancer late Feb 2020. MSRH connected us last spring, and despite the pandemic to boot! Named after my Dad’s late German grandfather, I’ve been the main reason my new forever family has kept their sanity these last 18 months. When I’m not keeping our Amazon delivery guy on his best behavior or hunting squirrels in the backyard (I actually caught one in June!), I am a constant shadow of Mom and Dad, and without question my Nana and Peepaw’s favorite “grand puppy”. Despite showing up to MSRH heartworm positive, I survived treatment, mostly because I knew a better life was awaiting me on the other side. I’m so very thankful for my new family and MSRH - keep up the great work!
